Video Games

What do you enjoy doing most in your leisure time?

Video games have pretty much been my go to leisure activities since I was a kid. I started with an Atari 2600 and an Intellivision, then a Commodore 64 and then PCs.

I stopped following consoles once I got into gaming on the PC. I had a couple of GameBoys, but the next console I got was a Sega Dreamcast. After that I had a Wii, then my brother’s second-hand PS3. I got back onto the current gen with a PS4, but last year switched to Xbox with a Series S.

I also game a lot on my phone and my tablet, including using Xcloud to stream console games. I find it interesting that phones are so much more powerful than PCs of the 90s, yet mobile games seem unduly simplified and lacking depth, though that’s a complaint that can leveled at the gaming industry as a whole right now.
