So my first death in Valheim came at the hands of a tree. Specifically a log, that had gotten stuck in another tree, like the image above.
I had cut down the first tree, and it fell into the second tree. I thought I’d save time and cut down the second tree. In doing so, the first tree fell on me, crushing me instantly.
Fortunately, it was right next to my house, so I respawned right there, and I didn’t lose anything, but man, did I feel dumb.
