Ten Things I Know to be True

Daily writing promptList 10 things you know to be absolutely certain.

I am autistic. I have ADHD. I have sensory issues
I love my boys; my boys love me
I love my cat; my cat loves me
I love my brother; my brother loves me
I am constantly changing
I was traumatized as a child
I am always doing my best; everyone is always doing their best

I struggled to come up with a tenth after I combined my love things, which were originally separate. Then I combined some of the other ones, like the disability ones and the personal effort ones. Which now puts me at seven.

Now I'm really struggling to come up with three more things that I know to be true. There are plenty of things that I think or feel to be true. I feel a little short on the things that I'm absolutely certain of.
