All Problems
“All problems are interpersonal relationship problems. (Emphasis mine) This is a concept that runs to the very root of Adlerian psychology. If all interpersonal relationships were gone from this world, which is to say if one were alone in the universe and all other people were gone, all manner of problems would disappear”
At first this seems startling, but it makes sense. It is easier to think of problems that you know are interpersonal problems than problems that you think aren’t interpersonal problems, but if you start drilling down into some of those that you think aren’t interpersonal problems and start looking at your goals, I think you’ll find other people are there with you.
