Daily writing promptDo you remember your favorite book from childhood?
I read a lot of books as a child, but I do remember coming back to Richard Scarry's What Do People Do All Day? and his other stuff. I remember being fascinated with systems, like the illustrations which showed not only how water came into one's home, but where it went once it did. I found the idea that there were these systems in our walls, keeping us going without us even being aware, to be really cool.
