I'm super-psyched for the Synthesis update dropping today for No Man's Sky. I'm hoping to get my hands on it this weekend. I'm thinking that I'll start a new Permadeath save, and possibly stream it from the beginning.

I'm about 14 hours into Death Stranding, and I think I would recommend it, provided you could make the commitment to put at least eight hours into it. It's a game that gradually becomes more and more itself the further you get into it.

I’m still trying to figure out what to say about Death Stranding other than, “Good!” My brother is also playing, and he said he’s “enjoying it but finding it hard to recommend,” which really could sum up my gaming in 2019.

I made it to episode 3 in Death Stranding, which is supposedly where the game opens up. I didn’t feel that the preceding episodes had been too slow, and while there were a lot of cut scenes, they were really well done, and really helped convey the cinematic feel

I just realized that I didn't do a daily in Red Dead Online today, and so my streak comes to an end at 80 days. 80 consecutive days of playing RDO and completing at least one daily objective. But I did play more Death Stranding, lest you think

I'm really taken with Death Stranding. Beyond the amazing production value, it's just a great game. I thought maybe I'd skip it last night, ended up playing past midnight.
